NRP Certification - Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider & Renewal

 

Get your Neonatal Resuscitation Completion card here.The American Academy of Pediatrics 2010 Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) has been significantly updated and revised.  NRP is designed for healthcare professionals involved in the delivery of newborns.  All medical professionals including paramedics, nursing students, RCPs, etc. are welcome to take the course and achieve the completion card with a goal of improving their delivery skill.  There is no differentiation between Provider and Renewal students. 

Successful participants will receive their official AAP NRP completion card at the end of the course.  The card is valid for 2 years.

Both NRP Provider and Renewal students must take the exam online and complete a 2 to 2.5 hour skills demonstration back course within 30 days of completion.  (click here for instructions).   

You must bring your completion form to the skills session.  The session starts with a quick review of any questions from the text or exam. Center for Healthcare Education’s NRP faculty offer dynamic, fun and interactive skills session that includes assessment, CPR, airway management that includes LMA, ETT placement, use of BVM, T-piece and pulse oximetry, review of fluid administration and medications as well as the implementation of the acronym “MR.SOPA” in brief scenarios.
